Really fun to see Bynum quickly coming along. Really a wild game to watch in general, but that was a hell of a hard fought game. If anything else, hopefully we keep that fight and we'll see how it shakes out.
Some really great wrestling, just watched the dual a bit ago. Really hoping we keep this pace and stay healthy, we've seriously got a great team this year. To me, Stiles was somewhat unknown, I thought 157 was a big gap with Cannon, and 197 was a bit iffy as well. So far those question marks...
Very true and then it becomes a matter of remedies. I think on top of seeking monetary damages, they would want a declaratory judgment remedy to rule the LOIs void and nullify the LOIs they signed. That said, I would imagine most of the recruits will be able to find a pretty good team that can...
I've been thinking about that in relation to what *ichigan knew. The timing strongly suggests they knew and didn't tell recruits before they signed. Their signatures very likely would be void ab initio in the legal world, meaning its as if they never signed at all since it's a product of fraud...
Agreed with this but would add that going slow means there is more pressure to execute on each play since there are fewer plays. And that scenario in turn puts more pressure on the defense. We saw both of those negatives come to fruition last night.
Said pretty much everything I was thinking after reflection but we really just need to scrap whatever redzone offense we've been running, we have extra time with the bye to do it and it's a clear weakness that is worsened by the legitimate concern we might miss a FG that seems like a gimme. We...
Agree with all of this but came in to say exactly what you said in the first paragraph. Hartline is probably doing his best but with one foot out the door, that's just not going to work. He's an adult and will understand it's best for both sides...Hartline gets a head start in recruiting and we...
Did anyone have a moment where they felt like we were going to win the game? Tbh I never did with the culmination of player errors, bad coaching decisions, bad officiating in crucial moments, and what appeared to be complete confusion and chaos on the offensive side of the ball. I'm upset about...
That's it there. We got outplayed and outcoached all game. Really just a disappointment of a night, we looked beyond flat out there, didn't see any fire for most of the game. Rough way to end the year, but hopefully we regroup in the playoffs.
Indeed, thanks for the perfect segway to my favorite GIF. I was definitely concerned on losing Henry Jr, glad we pulled it out in the end. Really big to continue our WR legacy and keep the talent up in that group.
2002 will probably be my favorite season because of my stage in life and personal experience. It was the first year I ever got to go to a game in person and I went to 6 in total that year thanks to my dad's awesome boss at the time giving us tickets. I was only in middle school then but I had my...
Seems like Diebs & Co are getting a lot of top recruits to campus. We'll see how that parlays into the ink drying on NLOID, but getting guys like this to visit never hurts.
I've watched about every Indiana game this year, or at least parts. One thing that is for sure is that Cignetti is a very, very good coach and one I have a lot of respect for (will of course be throwing that sentiment aside come game time). They added talent in droves on top of great coaching...
I'll throw out Bronaugh flipping to OSU. I know that one seemed to be trending away from us, but that's my best guess. Would love to flip a top OT but I don't see any realistic options there.
