All credit to Denmark, they have played amazing defense and been more threatening on a number of their chances. Robben has had so many chances and flubbed a good number of them.
Only Dusty Baker and the Reds would pull this one out of their hats and remember that resident punching bag Costanzo was 1-17 in the majors. "Negron, 26, did not get called up because of his bat. He was hitting .212/.291/.336 at Triple-A Louisville. He was 0-for-his-last-21."...
I'm voting for Rondo for Eastern Conference Finals MVP even if the Celtics get swept, he played every second, 44 points, 10 assists, 8 rebounds, 3 steals, and only 3 turnovers. He had a near triple double in game one too - remarkable
As a baseball and non-Reds fan I enjoy this thread because all of you get fed up with the same [Mark May] that I do as a Cubs fan including Dusty Baker's legendary incompetence.
He doesn't have that will to win. Plain and simple. Doesn't matter how physically gifted you are if you are a head case - see Kwame Brown, Tim Thomas, Eddy Curry etc etc
I know there are a number of law students (myself included) and lawyers on this board who can attest to the struggles of the legal market in general and the struggles facing those still in school, but to assume that Sweat hadn't done his research on the legal profession when he did his research...
This is a MUST READ. ESPN diving to new lows - wow is the only appropriate reaction. Also, litigation is coming and this story is not going to go away.

Keep in mind Weeden played with better receivers at Okie State than he will with the Browns. Also, Weeden played against supremely terrible defenses in the Big 12 - good luck adjusting in the NFL.
I don't care at all what happens in the AFC, but the Browns' best bet by far was to draft a right tackle and suck for Barkley next year. Weeden is the opposite of mobile, hope he enjoys his receivers dropping passes and getting sacked because he has no right tackle.
Completely agree with golden goal and allowing more subs. These big teams carry huge rosters - might as well let them use them. Anything is better than
PK's, hell you could do each team has to play with one fewer player every 15 minutes after two periods of extra time.
Congrats to Bayern but I want to once again point out my disdain for penalties. I really didn't care who won. Give me endless overtime instead of penalties. Great goalkeeping by both sides though.
Jax is completely right. I tend to root for whoever Barcelona is playing because I can't stand the diving and the whining and the competition in La Liga is awful outside of Real Madrid so I'm happy with this result. This loss is all on Barcelona, they had an extra man for more than hour, Chelsea...
