I attended that '79 game with Buckeye wife and two usc friends. ucla folks were a bit unhappy after the game. Several thousand Bucks made some noise in stands at endzone.

Beanie showed his make-up in last year's weasel game (06),when he went over to Troy Smith, who was sitting on the bench, and told him the team needed him (Smith) to get with it. This, after Smith had a mishap on the field. I don't think any other team member would have thought of approaching...
You take a superior product (Buckeye football), and add an outstanding marketeer, and the sky's the limit. This lady will bring out the best in us, simply because she has a lot to work with, and she's at the top of the ladder.
To gain back a measure of respect, the weasels should go back and erase some of those 1800's "wins" over high schools and such, that push their all-time win record. Embarrassing stats, imo.
