I think it’s a combination of things, but yes, a large part of it is he knows he’ll likely get bypassed. That said, Inniss, essentially “waited his turn” knowing he’d get on the field this year (and next year). I’d actually be somewhat surprised to see him land at USF….I could be way wrong...
