QB Justin Fields (2019-20 B1G Off POY, 2020 Silver Football, 2019 B1G CCG MVP, Kansas City Chiefs)

His issue in college was that he didn't seem to see the field very well and took too long to pull the trigger. It didn't matter as much in college because he had better protection and weapons that were able to get open. That issue didn't improve in the NFL.

    Cleveland Browns (Factory of Sadness)

My conspiracy theory is that the homeless guy who told Jimmuh to draft Johnny Manziel was none other than Johnny Manziel dressed up as a homeless guy. Not many homeless dudes around Bratenahl and the Browns offices.

S/C Coach Mickey Marotti (National Champion)

If he dropped 20 lbs it would have been fat. When I was a freshman, I came in around 290 and fattened up to 315 by spring ball, thinking weight would help me. It didn't. I was better off later in my career at 305 after I had time to add good weight. If CJ was 250 and lost 20 lbs of chunk it...

HC Ryan Day (B1G Coach of Year, B1G Champion, National Champion)

As disappointed as we are right now, if you had told me we would beat TSUN and lose in the second round of the CFP before the season, I would have taken it. Hopefully Matty P can do it again next year, but the offense should be light years better. Maybe, rather than playing slow to stay fresh...

    Cleveland Browns (Factory of Sadness)

Berry had a good year, but other than this year, he has completely sucked. Haslam is the problem.

    Cleveland Browns (Factory of Sadness)

Won't be shocked if Stefanski goes on to be a good HC in a better organization. Either of the top QB's in this draft won't change the fact that the OL needs to be rebuilt and they don't have a #1 WR. I would fix that before I worry about a QB. That Watson trade ruined the franchise for a decade.

Look Who's Transferring Now (The Portal)

That's the problem with the way Indy builds its team. They have to hit a home run in the portal every year to keep it up. Maybe success will help them draw more top-end HS players, but why would you commit to Indy when you might be sitting behind 24-year-old transfers your whole career?

    Cleveland Browns (Factory of Sadness)

This is pass rush snaps, but regardless of the number of games played, Garrett set the record with 130 fewer opportunities than Strahan. I don't remember any player dealing with the double/triple teams that Myles sees.

People to Punch, Pet Peeves, and General Vexations (mega-merge)

Dropping this here. My opinion is, in basketball, any bank shot should only worth 2 points.

    Impending Assistant Coach Vacancies

Anyone we bring in will likely be a co-OC anyway, unless it's a big name. If a guy like JT is 5 stars at everything other than play-calling experience, it wouldn't be a bad move. We have one of the best play-callers in the game sitting in the office next door, ready to take over if he doesn't...

    DT Tommy Togiai (Houston Texans)

At least I wasn't crazy when he came out of college. Just took him a few years to find his mojo in the NFL. True, the Browns didn't give him much opportunity, but he didn't show much when he did get a chance. Biggest problem is that they gave up too quickly.

    Cleveland Browns (Factory of Sadness)

Rodgers doing everything he could to not get sacked by Garrett might have cost them the game. Their offense would have been more productive if he had been willing to take a couple more sacks by looking downfield.

    Cleveland Browns (Factory of Sadness)

I feel like Stefanski will get a job somewhere else and be successful if they fire him. The biggest problems are the ownership meddling and Berry having only one good draft in his time here. If every draft was as good as this past one, the Browns might actually be decent.

Bryce "L" Underwood (QB ttun, for now)

Didn't they bench the best QB in the history of the game for a baseball player?

    With a 100M buyout.

    Cleveland Browns (Factory of Sadness)

Watson isn't going anywhere at least for another year. I'm guessing that's your QB room next year unless somebody makes an offer for Gabriel. Watson is untradable unless there is a major renegotiation. Stupid Jags are ruining the extra first-round pick, so my hope of getting Tate and Downs in...

    Notre Dame (football only discussion)

It sounds like the players voted not to play in a bowl, but they probably should have limited the vote to guys who were out of eligibility. I'd be pretty pissed if I thought I had one more game, then had the rug pulled out from under me because half the team was butt hurt that they didn't make...

    Notre Dame (football only discussion)

The best thing about the 12-team playoff is it keeps more of the best players around to the end. The old bowl system needs to go away unless they can find a way to make the games mean something. Oh, and fuck the Domers.

    DC Matt Patricia (Official Thread)

Has to be clickbait. 1- Hiring our DC worked well for them last year. 2- Matty P has 1 year of calling a college defense, but little to no experience doing the other stuff a college HC has to do. The job is more about being a CEO and recruiting than X's and O's these days, just ask Chip. 3- He...
