Mobley, Chatman, and Thornton are the only 3 that should be allowed to shoot behind the arc. This team takes some many I’ll-advised shots, it’s sickening!
Happens too often with this team. Teams shoot like crap the game before, only to shoot like this. MSU sucked vs Michigan but will shoot 65% when we play them. If a team in the top half of this conference loses a game before they play us, I always count in a loss. Just how it’s been for what...
Another game that can go either way. After watching other teams at the top of this league play, the biggest difference is the passing/dribbling this team seems to do vs those other teams. Every player seems to still head fake or dribble too long before passing. Chatman and Mobley the only two...
It’s amazing how many opposing players shoot out of their slumps vs OSU. Or have a player who averages 6-8 ppg go off for 28-30. Seems to happen every game that this team has a decent chance of winning. Ridiculous how much it happens
This team never gets home cooked referees. Bynum clobbered on an alley oop and no call at home under 30 seconds. Big Ten officials are terrible in every sport
Perimeter D sucks. You’d think having a small lineup could guard a little better. They play awesome scrappy defense for 35 minutes vs Michigan, and tonight play like they have lead in their sneakers.
The problem I have with the bench is that they aren’t bad shooters, they just refuse to shoot when open. I’ve never witnessed a team who pump/head fakes as much as these teams have the last few seasons. Just shoot the open jumper.
I’m telling you youngens on the board, Bobby Knight Indiana teams would be shooting 40-50 free throws against a team like Michigan. He’d teach his guards to dribble full speed then stop on a dime and wait for the defender to crash into you. He was the master at it
CJ needs to pick a different receiver. That dude sucks! Last interception was CJ’s fault, but I don’t think that receiver is running the right timing routes.
