If true, they're probably concerned about the safety of anyone associated with tOSU. If JH isn't on the sidelines AA is going to be unstable, win or lose.
Seriously, is this guy in touch with reality? At the very least, he's not taking this seriously. At worst, he's lost his hold on sanity. People are putting their lives and careers on the line for this bucket of nuts?
Something's up with the media jumping on the scUM bandwagon. If the media smells a rule breaking team, they usually circle like sharks. Heck, fake-Buck Kirk turned on his own school over stupid tats.
Not wearing the tin foil hat. Just suspicious of the strange behavior
The NCAA made it clear they were involved in building the B1Gs case, and watching tCun receive the B1G notice and immediately file for an injunction in Federal Court is a slap in the face to both governing bodies.
The scUM b'ball and football programs are out of control, and the day the NCAA...
What gets me pissed is if OSU had done this, scUM would be leading the mob calling for Day's season to end because it's obviously not fair to play OSU.
They would be standing on the B1G's steps with their burning torches, threatening to leave the conference that allows this kind of behavior...
This exactly. They weren't scouting for the meaningless games they've already played. They were preparing this part of their schedule.
As it relates to sports, this is criminal
Why would they go to the SEC? They should join the PAC 12. It will be them, OR St and WA St. They'll be the big fish in the sea and they can just make up any rules they want.
I've been thinking about the next round of expansion for both B1G and SEC, and wonder where the money will come from.
* Disney/ABC/ESPN - Not sure they can fund an SEC expansion. They can't even pay their people. But they could if they collapse the ACC.
* Fox/CBS/NBC - They could handle it, but...
Seriously, none of this ACC stuff makes sense:
* ND just gained a tighter grip on a conference it doesn't share it's revenue with
* SMU just signed into a grant of rights deal that gives them no revenue and is impossible to get out of
* Stanford and Cal will get revenue but will spend all of it...
