    DB/LB Chad Hagan (official thread)

yeah, interesting point there. Could be like Anderson Russell except way bigger and way faster.

WR T.Y. (Tyrone) Williams (official thread)

That could work with the numbers too b/c Brown is really being looked at as an ATH (DB/RB/WR/KR potentially) instead of just a WR.

WR Corey "Philly" Brown (Official Thread)

The thing is a RB at Florida is a lot different than a RB at most schools. Think Percy Harvin or Brandon James type roles in that offense.

WR James Louis (transfer to FIU)

Nothing like an out of nowhere commit from a blue chipper, especially a Florida one. Great get.

'10 OH RB Erick Howard (Ohio U Walk-On)

I think if Hyde plays prep this year at Fork Union that means he'll have 3 years of college eligibility left, but I'm not 100% sure about how that whole thing works. I expect we'll probably have Carlos at OSU for 4 years if he makes it one way or another. Redshirting a guy (likely Howard if he...

'10 OH RB Erick Howard (Ohio U Walk-On)

heard that too. excellent news for Howard. It would be quite a coup if we could add Smith and Howard as our RBs in this class. Thunder and Thunder.

    2010 Rivals/Scout/etc. National & Regional Rankings

Turner isnt in the 250, but his RR (rivals rank) is still 6.0, which is what very high 4 star recruits get like Jordan Hicks. Andrew Norwell's on there is 5.9.

    DE Steve Miller (Official Thread)

if we get Steve Miller and Chris Rock next year we'll be the celebrity hot spot, move over USC.

    2010 tOSU Recruiting Discussion

yeah, Fragel is likely gonna go the Andy Miller route and wind up as a tackle, he could very well be there when 2010 rolls around. Stoneburner is more of an H-Back in the mold of Travis Beckum, not a true tight end, which really leaves Nic DiLillo as the only true tight end on the roster in...

WR T.Y. (Tyrone) Williams (official thread)

not really, but being 195 as opposed to 220 could mean the difference between Split End or H-Back/Flex Tight End.

WR T.Y. (Tyrone) Williams (official thread)

i never trust listed hts/wts...so 6'6"/220 probably means 6'5"/195 the way things work. Williams' highlights sure look good, and I agree with Duane that he probably knows what an offer is. Should be a part of this class it sounds like (sooner than later).

    RB Roderick Smith (Official Thread)

    sweet, let the nanners dance.

QB Taylor Graham (transfer to Hawaii)

especially true in college ball as compared to pro ball.

    2009 Big 33 Game

Too bad there's not John Simon, Jack Mewhort, or Storm Klein in the game. That would really give us an advantage. I wouldn't want to try to block Simon, Fellows, and Newsome (and Linsley if they play him at DT).

    2010 tOSU Recruiting Discussion

Well this is gonna be a smaller class, and it's just plain bad luck when the two guys who are probably the two best prospects in Ohio this year (Hicks and Turner) might not be in our class because Hicks is from the south and might go to childhood favorite Texas, and Turner might have some...

DT Johnathan "Big Hank" Hankins (All B1G, All-American)

Yeah by recruiting small linebackers like Dorian Bell, Jermale Hines, Brian Rolle, Andrew Sweat, and Jordan Hicks, right? And smaller DTs like Simon, Mobley, Bellamy, etc.? I disagree - We're going for a faster defense and cutting out on size to a degree. If we were going for more of a 3-4...

QB/WR Terrelle Pryor (B1G Freshman of the Year, All B1G, B1G Champion, 2010 Rose Bowl MVP, 2011 Sugar Bowl MVP)

Lots of guys in this league have that kind of potential I think. Juice Williams if he finds consistency can be one of the top 5 QBs in the country as a senior, Eric Decker, Brandon Graham, Darryl Clark, Evan Royster, plus the young guys who haven't gotten much of a shot yet or can break out...

Teddy Bridgewater (QB Tampa Bay Buccaneers)

What I've heard about Bridgewater from 'Canes fans a little while back was that he was more likely to go out of state for college and that Alabama, maybe Auburn were the teams to watch there. Of course then you have the composite of Miami fans out there who think he goes to the U, but every...
