QB Justin Fields (2019-20 B1G Off POY, 2020 Silver Football, 2019 B1G CCG MVP, New York Jets)

If JF landed on a team with incredible talent around him, you'd absolutely see him get better. But then we would be having the conversation of talent floating Justin vs Justin elevating the talent around him.

QB Justin Fields (2019-20 B1G Off POY, 2020 Silver Football, 2019 B1G CCG MVP, New York Jets)

I suppose it's possible. But at the same time, there's a part of me that feels we saw his ceiling as a passer in 2020. I highly doubt 2021 would have fixed what we're currently seeing with him now. And his passing yards average per game has been incredibly consistent throughout his stop...

LB Arvell Reese (All B1G, B1G LB of Year, All American, National Champion)

His use reminds me of some of these odd front backers you see from PHI, BLT, MIN, and N.E. They move all over the front. Edge, off-ball, etc etc. Either way, they're gap shooting, edge wrecking pieces you place all over. Best college comparison I can think of is somewhere between Micah...

QB Justin Fields (2019-20 B1G Off POY, 2020 Silver Football, 2019 B1G CCG MVP, New York Jets)

Less than 30 passing yards in the 3rd qtr and he's missed on some fundamental stuff. He's every bit as physically capable as anyone. Mentally, JF is so wildly inconsistent that it's like watching two different QBs. Inconsistency is the death of NFL QBs.

At this point I refuse to watch any Fox pre-game show. If I wanted to watch some WWF type shit, I would have permanently stayed 12 years old. When did it become 'not enough' to just be excited for a good game and talk shop about personnel then X's and O's? Why the drunken, 80's...

    NFL Discussion (Official Thread)

PHI has to go back to giving Quon 20+ carries and Hurts 10-12. He's not capable of passing them into offensive efficiency.

    We're some QB whores.

.... Wentz was never on the Browns roster.

    Cleveland Browns (Factory of Sadness)

If Stef calls an early down bootleg and it connects - he's a genius. If he calls an early down bootleg and it's an complete pass - he deserves to be fired because Jundkins was averaging 5+ypc against a tired Dline. The mythological "other play call" is undefeated. Saw plenty of calls...

    Cleveland Browns (Factory of Sadness)

Funny thing is, apart from a couple throws his first pre-season game, Sanders wasn't capable of quality QB play better than most of the NFL in 7 quarters of simple exhibition games.

Quick thoughts on the offense. - It did my (elder) millenial heart well to see tOSU back under center. - I would LOVE to see more passing structures and misdirection runs from UC. Your strongest play action game is also there as well. - There is a deliberate and slow(er) pace to this...

Down 3-1, Cavs did it. Back 15.5, Tribe did it. When CLE sports has their moment, it's usually a big one.

I wonder what the build off this motion to insert C gap power is. But there has to be some sort of look, like Y cross, off that 21 personnel.

Stupid call from Patterson. Defense held to a FG and was happy to settle. He got unnecessary aggressive.

If there's no cheese flat, then you carry the inside a little more to the safetys THEN work to your curl/flat.
