Patriots have the 6th hardest schedule next year based on how teams finished this year won't be shocking if they don't even make the playoffs next season. They are an ok team who benefiter greatly from a comically bad schedule

I don't think New England was ever that great. They benefited from the weakest schedule in the NFL and then got a AFC playoff slate of 2 of the worst offensive lines in the NFL and the Broncos with a backup QB in the AFC title game.
I think a lot of the Diebler hire defenders think everyone "hating" on him is expecting Ohio State to be an annual national title contender. This is not true. That is unrealistic but I don't think making the tourney without having to hope to back in more often that not is an "unrealistic"...
I suppose forces higher up in the University could be the real sabatogers here. Bjork seemed to have zero problem with obnoxious excessive spending at Texas A&M but now all of a sudden it's a problem?
I'm talking about Royal Mobley and Bynum specifically. Mobley has his bad moments but I'm not sure we can get much better in the portal at this point and I'm sure the poachers are gonna be coming hard for Bynum. Royal I'm sure some team with better outlook would see as a real asset as well...
