I don’t think people are giving him a pass as much as they know he is going to be the coach next year and it serves no purpose to tear him and the program down game after game. If improvements are not made next season, he’ll be gone.

I have no problem with the coaching job Diebler has done, especially considering his inexperience. I’d much rather go through a learning curve with a guy that will stick around than cycle through outside guys, hoping you get one right. I think the biggest impact on the season has been whatever...
This is where I’m at. A team (ND, OSU) should not benefit from not playing in a CCG, unless a CCG loser got completely exposed. Question is whether SMU losing to an 17th ranked 3-loss team is “exposed”.
Royal can take it to smaller front courts. We’re just gonna struggle against teams with size. I thought Stewart had one of his better games. He’s limited offensively, but he is a must have on the defensive end and the boards. Parks also gave some good minutes.
