But the Thad Matta era is far more than the Thad 5. It's Evan Turner, Deshaun Thomas, Aaron Craft, Sullinger, Diebler, Buford. And no we haven't been getting better every year. The best Holtmann team by far is the team led by Thad NBA players KBD and Tate.

Thad won 5 B1G titles in 13 years in an equally hard Big Ten conference. He consistently recruited top players who came from out of state, and no he wasn't paying them. So it can be done
