I've noticed in the past that it's a gradual progression to get to the position rankings as they make adjustments to their 100, 250 & beyond. Dropping JSimon down to 3 may almost inevitably mean that we will not finish w/Rivals No1 '09 recruiting class, especially when you consider we lead USC...
