1. I agree that the white out is very overrated. "Let's all dress in the color of the other team's uniforms!" And the fact that they think they invented it is funny. And that they think they should be able to bully the TV networks into letting them choose their schedule to get an optimal time...
So I didn't read their game thread. I'm sure it has some gems.
But I'm surprised I've been reading as long as I have been before I got to a complaint about the referees.

Also, I saw some bad holds not get...
"Hey guys, our team just lost a big game at home. We need a distraction."
"How about the Sandusky trial? That's usually pretty good to get people talking about something else."
"Hey - I like it. Whatcha got?"
There's a song about how much of a certain state we give a damn for.
Which state is it and how much of that state do we give a damn for?
On another note, I guess the Guardians play the Tigers on Tuesday. Which state is that in?
I don't know Indiana's schedule, but beating Illinois as badly they did, I wouldn't be surprised to see them in the playoff again.
I didn't see enough of their win over Iowa, so that may change my mind.
I posted this in the James Franklin thread - was there a coaching blunder that cost him this game? I didn't see it, but was switching back and forth between this game and Alamaba-Georgia.
Before covid, our company used to get all the field employees together once a year for our OSHA training. My favorite part of it was the funny ladder situations. People would put a step ladder on top of 2 other step ladders. Or have a guy standing on the stairs holding one end of the step...
Neither is grammatically incorrect.
I forget the terms... I think one is a transitive verb and the other is intransitive. And I forget which is which. Maybe "lay" is transitive, meaning you perform the action on an object. "Lie", would therefore be intransitive, meaning you just do it.
So, you...
Haha - I didn't really care who wins this game, but now I hope Oregon wins.
Or maybe I should room for Penn State.
