I've seen them called pork panko before, and they are sold on Amazon. I have a food processor so I just ground up a bag of rinds. I used zero seasoning, the salt in the pork rinds was enough.

Walleye and perch that I caught on my game day plates. Crump's sister in law dipped them in an egg bath, and used ground up pork rinds for "breading". I then fried them in ghee. I'll probably never make fish another way. They were outstanding.

People need to do that at home. I recommend my workshop, after dinner, long after all adult responsibilities have been fulfilled.

2026 VA RB Savion Hiter (ttun Verbal)

This is a little more complicated than what the one line Twitter guys are saying. Buckeyes like a '27 RB (David Gabriel Georges) more than any of the top '26 guys. They also brought in 3 RB last year and have Akih this year, so it would be a luxury to bring Hiter in. If he were projected to be...

Remember this next time you go fishing

Just got back from Erie, PA a few days ago on a smallmouth trip. I average about 90 days a year on the water (which is why I'll never quit teaching, lol) If you still get to fish with your dad-man...cherish every trip.

I had a couple of Skoal bandits in when I was 7 for a solid 45 minutes. I swallowed some spit and violently threw up. After that it was only Red Man or Work Horse, unless I got some Mail Pouch off my grandpa in Perry county. Skoal is hard on baby teeth.

What kind of car do you drive?

Sounds like something I would do. I just did both axles and transfer case fluid in my 07 Tundra, since it tows my bass boat and snowmobiles (plows snow too). It gets oil undercoated every year, and it does not look like an 07. The fact that it has zero electronics is a huge deal for me. No...
