    Buckeyes from your hometown/HS

I'm from Columbus so hometown guys are too numerous to mention. But Archie was a pretty good one. :wink2: Alma Mater is Bishop Hartley. Andy Groom.

The game was actually in 1987.

Accepted to THE Ohio STate University

The Stube....lol...that place was around even when I was there. Good memories. Too bad the Street Scene is gone forever, that was a great place for pizza. Oh well, I would say just make sure you get all your work done first before going out. Then when you go out, you can really make the most...

    Worst Athlete Nicknames

Don't you mean H20-4? :D Edit: the "big house" has to be the worst nickname in sports (although not an athlete).

    Favorite Christopher Cross song

Think of Laura easily qualifies for worst. There shouldn't be a category for best because that implies that some of them aren't bad.

    Reds Tidbits (2007 Season)

I can still hear his voice in my head like it was yesterday. His relentless homerism was legendary. Also, I fondly remember all the times I would turn on the game and not hear anything at all for several minutes because Nuxie never filled up dead air. And of course, the way he butchered names...

RB Eddie George - (1995 Heisman winner, CFB HOF, 4x Pro Bowl, HC Bowling Green)

It's not sour grapes, I've been there. It's just not that loud compared to OSU or Penn St. Schembechler and Moeller used to complain about their QB's not being able to call their signals back when they brought their teams to play in the 'Shoe. But OSU QB's never had that problem at scUM.

Sorry to hear the sad news.

Time to confess. How did YOU cost us the Illinois game?

I taped the game and went to a friend's house for dinner and games, with the intention of watching the game later. This method worked like a charm during B-Ball season as we marched to the title game, but apparently it doesn't work for football. :(

What have YOU done today to beat ttun (merged)

I'm going to watch the game while sitting in my official OSU patio chair, with lots of munchies around. I'm also going to get out my personalized Woody Hayes autograph that I keep in a safe fireproof box and set it next to the television.

    Bengals tidbits

Yes, the 7 field goals are a monumental achievement. In other news, Justin Smith got his 2nd sack of the season. In game 9. 2 sacks in 9 games for a DE. Don't strain yourself trying to earn that franchise tag, Justin!

Hey guys, sorry about that previous photo. Looks like I got the ball rolling on all the senior jokes. Hope this olive branch helps to ease the pain.

Taking the Steelers at home against the Browns is consistently the safest bet in all of sports.

    Broncos at Lions(-2.5)

Is the sporting world now going to apologize to Matt Millen? The guy who didn't know anything suddenly looks like a genius now that his team is 6-2. Sure, Charles Rogers was a bust and so was Mike Williams. But Kevin Jones and Roy Williams are studs, and picking up Jon Kitna was a brilliant...

Mike Tirico bashes NBC's studio show...

The NBC stunt was completely ridiculous, and Tirico was ridiculing it. Pretty funny if you ask me. He didn't mention NBC by name, he just mocked their silly stunt for a moment or two. Certainly nothing that should get your panties in a bunch, tibs.
