I was thinking the other day, who the fuck would drop Taillon? Dude has been money this year. So I happily scoop him up, knowing he has a home start against the toothless Tigers, and proceed to get ramrodded like the butt pirate he is. :pissed3:
Forgot to check your team for the Sunday night game before posting. And now Fields is in line for the win and got you over the 45 innings threshold which would tie me in wins. Two quality starts for the week with potentially five wins, with your favorite punching bag Colome picking up two wins...
You are 2/3 an inning short! And you are right, it wouldn’t have mattered this week. As it turns out, 45+ innings of shit pitching would have worked out just as well as my 80+ innings of good pitching this week. Probably will be the best performance of the year too.
Of course my slap...
If you want to throw in the towel on seven categories, I would be fine with that @CFPBuckeye . Considering I am only 9 innings away from 45 with Sale and Syndergaard still to pitch, I would say that I should make the minimum innings requirement. Pitching is definitely my team’s strength...
What time is the draft? If it is after 8:00, I would take the spot. I am currently down to two baseball leagues and I haven’t been in a roto league in a long time. Plus, it would be more quality fantasy sports time with @Jake.
I like the idea of quality starts as well. But I don’t like the idea of streaming your way to wins, quality starts, and K’s, especially if there is 25 transactions per week! I think I would be on board with both quality starts and wins more so than both k’s and k/9. I like k/9 because you...
Maybe I am just too used to knowing what to look for and target for stolen bases. You know, go after the fast dudes. But now you are telling I have to look for the sneaky fast dudes that don’t get caught very often? That sounds like a lot of work.
Seriously though. I see your point, and yes...
You can say that again. I have 12 new emails for every settings change made today. You are going to have to summarize these changes. From what I saw, I like the elimination of the divisions, but am not a fan of the net stolen base category.
Thats what happens when you allow your previous coach to dictate who the next coach will be by quitting mid-season. And now Wisconsin has to “Deal with it”.
Last year was quite the anomaly on the trade front. I doubt we have that many again. If you want to set a trades limit or moves limit, I would suggest doing it per week and not a cap for the season. Maybe something like 8 add/drops and 3 trades per week?
I liked having the expanded rosters...
