NBC4 did a very, very, very nice piece on Dan, at the end of February, and reported back then that he was cancer free. I wish I had recorded it because it was very inspirational.
Here's a link to the blog post that went along with it:
Deep Thoughts
I kind of agree. I think he's headed to Georgia. I thought I read that he almost committed to UGA while on his visit, and he has moved up his commitment date, recently. Don't feel as confident for the Bucks. Would love to be wrong, though!
I saw that too and thought to myself that ESPN would be pissed that such a high profile player from the South spurned them for the AA game. Nevermind then!
And yes, someone should tell Rivals LOL!
So glad to hear about the convo with Coach H., genron! We're very proud of our coaching staff and the way they represent the team and the University.
The Spring Game will be a wonderful experience for the both of you and definitely try to get to Eddie's Grill. Great food and atmosphere!
I believe he's planning on committing on his birthday, in July. So any official visits he takes will be after he commits.

Seriously. I wonder if these scouts are as dense as McShay to not have gotten the memo that James had the flu and that's why he wasn't at the Senior Bowl. :smash:
I think this is going to end up being a matter of fans deciding which side they want to believe. There are insiders who swear up and down that he was indeed injured. And then there are others who say injury wasn't an issue.
Doesn't really matter anyway. Looks like he's bounced back and is good...
I believe it was from Steve Clarkson's Super 7 QB Academy Retreat last year.
Here's a link with more info and some pictures. Not sure if there are any more of the two of them together, but there are some solo shots of TP.
One would be remiss if Tyson Gentry were not mentioned as well. Tyson was an OSU walk-on who broke a vertebra in his neck during practice a few years back. As a result, he was partially paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. He's remained a very active and inspirational part of this Ohio State...
Is anyone still seeding this? I've been trying to get this for the past couple of weeks and am currently stuck at 63%.
I'm sure the holidays is why it's hard to get this, but I just wanted to "bump" this post. Hopefully someone who has the full file sees this and can help out.
Thanks!
