and the good news is that it sounds like we are sitting really good with him. even the UM fans are saying he is an OSU lean. He probably sees the depth chart and the chance to come in and make an early impact at one of the premiere schools for defensive talent. the draft should of only helped...

nope, i mean this is the guy that was impressed with the spring game, but then said UM fans would be even more estatic for him.

i love this kid. the way he plays football is how it should be done: hard-nosed and smart. He is going to look great in scarlet and gray! It seems like almost everyone has forgotten him, but they won't once he gets to columbus.

Great get for Wisky. I would of loved to have him, but I am glad he made a decision before camps and early on as not to lead the other schools on. You know Weis will keep recruiting him now, which is really sad.

i second scarlet on that one, this game will be perfect for our defense. i am less concerned with the defense after seeing the spring game and practice, so i am not worried about their performance against NIU. After seeing the spring game, i look for Beanie and Homan to get good experience going...

just curious, but how do you recruit a player like this? obviously you want a player like Allen on your team, but with the chances being so slim do you approach him different than say an Oglesby or Martin who are both torn? or even a Glenville kid who will more than likely end up here?

i just read the article. i can't say i quite understand what he is talking about with the fans up in Michigan. Just because he is from there they will like him more?
