Thanks Nutria - just read some updates that surgery went well but they won't know the full extent of the damage for 5-10 days until the swelling from surgery goes down. Here's a picture of the play right before they collided. Cory's head goes right into the 2nd baseman's knee. Just a freak play.

UPDATE: Finally got another movement this morning and am happy to report that the pipes are back to manufacturing solid material. Still some lingering sting ring but all-in-all a blessing from above. Thanks for everyone's support during this tough turd time.

I forgot to mention that ASU's best freshman (Cory Hahn) had a horrible collision while trying to steal second base and fractured his C5 vertebrae. Still waiting to hear on his condition. Went into surgery last night so hoping for the best.

ASU won the two games today 8-1 and 7-5 over New Mexico completing the sweep. Up next is Delaware I think.

ASU beat New Mexico 8-2 on Friday night and was rained out on Saturday in the 4th inning. Game will be finished today and then play another game after that. So the teams will only play 3 games instead of the scheduled 4 games this weekend.

Just read an "insider" article on him (so can't post link) where he says he wants to go to ASU as long as they have a decent season and Dennis Erickson's contract is extended. ASU should get this one, but you never know in recruiting.
