The motivation for someone injury prone like Tre to return is to prove to the NFL he can take the punishment. But with the life span of RBs that is high risk.
That said, if true, and we can improve the OL, this is huge for our offense.
Every Buckeye fan I have spoken to was hoping it would be Bama because they could beat Michigan.
That is an objective an argument as any that the committee picked the best teams.
Could be an explanation here. The Nacho Bitch is not into anal. But she has agreed that if I ever wake up and find her dead I get one shot before I call the authorities.
I hope I don't get banned for this, but the primary reason UM had those sustained drives is because they have a very good offense with a superb OL. Thems FAX and there is EVIDENTS. The average experience level of their OL (which correlates to age and depelopment) is 4.6 years. Their average...
Not arguing any of your points, but Bama won because dumbass Auburn rushed two and kept a spy in place to prevent a quarterback from running 31 yards on fourth down.
Couldn't agree more.
And to get back to the topic of this thread - with Frye's high risk/high reward D of last year knowing what gamble he was taking was enormous.
Ryan Day is not a perfect coach, but changing coaches is a high risk/questionable reward proposition. For every Jim Tressel there...
Speaking of final result -
Day is taking a lot of flack for trying a makeable FG at the end of the half. If that had been good (as it was the first time) we would have been down 3 on the last drive. Lot less real estate to cover and a lot less desperation involved.
The BTN fall bus tour called this game back in August.
They saw the talent at Michigan.
And they saw that we had questions at QB and OL.
Yesterday we got answers - but still were in a position to win despite key mistakes.
If not for a shanked chip shot FG last year we are most likely defending national Champs.
Instead we want to fire a coach for going 11-1 this year.
All because when we go to work on Monday there's a Michigan fan and we're tired of his shit.
TAMU has 5 top 100 players, including 2 DL and an OT. Their class is ranked #6.
But here is my opine on their redruiting -
When NIL hit the TAMU boosters started throwing money around like crazy. That brought in a bunch of blue chippers including multiple DL. From 2021 to 2023 they have...
IMO Jack and John Harbaugh are respected coaches in their own right. By the time this is over Jim will have tarnished the very name "Harbaugh". Just as Ono will have done to UM.
Does my glee indicate a troubling lack of empathy?
