The best throw of the day, IMO, was the throw to Fleming in between zone coverage. Hell of a throw. It’s at the 5:00 mark in the above video.

I see a lot to like here. His throwing motion is a little clunky, but I like Kyle. He hasn’t even shown his teeth yet.

I’m excited for him. He has the flashes to show that if/when he becomes consistent, he has the arm talent to be another 1st round pick. And I was even more impressed with his demeanor in the post game interviews. I like him.

What pod? Go back and listen to any fall camp presser when there was a QB battle. He says the same exact thing every time. “Need more consistency” or “hasn't done anything spectacular, but we don’t need him to” or “limit mistakes and trust the guys around him.” It’s like a script.

I’m agreeing with you. If we have to deal with coach-speak, fans should be smart enough to not hang on to every word and draw conclusions from it. Especially early in fall camp. It’s the same rodeo every year.

So where did you see Lathan fall down in coverage or have any indication that he would do so while in coverage prior to the UGA game? What repeated evidence was there? Are we just making things up now?

You did not explain how a coach is responsible for a player falling down in coverage.
