I have a smoker, and electric smoker, a gas grill and a 36" Blackstone. Different cooks call for different tools. :wink: (The electric smoker is basically an outdoor oven now. Electric smoke sucks, compared to combustion smoke.) Agree 100% Breakfast on the Blackstone is awesome... and...
