Agreed. Indiana did what they had to do, but in no way am I suggesting that Bowden would ignore an Ohio State offer if it were to come down the line. That said, I doubt that he will automatically "seek a way out" of his current commitment just because it's to Indiana. If that makes any sense.

Any kid with an offer from Ohio State would give it serious consideration. That said, it's hard to play the "what if" game with Bowden because like I said earlier, his family is very happy with his decision, so I can't say how he'll react if/when he gets more offers moving forward. Ten years...

The coach that recruited Bowden is from Youngstown, so they established a strong connection. Plus, he also had offers from Michigan & WVU, so it's not like he "settled" for Indiana. His family seems very happy, which makes me very happy. At the end of the day, that's all that matters. FWIW...

Through the first two games of the season (Boardman & Ashtabula Lakeside), Culver is averaging 19.5 PPG & 17.0 RPG.
