Predictable end to the season. Diebler was obviously unqualified to run a major college program. Baffling he was hired in the first place just b/c he won a bunch of meaningless games with no pressure in a lost season. The real "lunatic fringe" are those tOSU fans who defended such a laughable...
Uh, that's not how the NFL works in 2025. If that's the QB you have, then you don't have much of a QB. And certainly not one who is going to do anything in January.
He got hurt during the infamous week 17 game against the Ravens (coin toss game) and he didn't play in the playoffs. But that was 2 years ago. Various advances statistics sites (PFF maybe) had him as one of the worst performing OL in the league.
Did not know either. Makes even crazier the hate he got from Cleveburg fans for making a business decision. Par for the course for fans so deranged that they made death threats against Modell and burned Lebron's jersey. But the worst fans in America is a topic for another thread.
Mayfield was successful in Cleveburg. They were just too stupid to keep him and wanted the Rapist instead.
May have a point on Darnold but he sucked near the end of the year and the Vikings are going with an unproven rookie instead. Hardly a major success.

Come up with a list of 1st round picks who did not make it with their drafting team and became a star with another. Goff might be the best example but it's an extremely short list.
Accuracy cannot be learned during your 4th year in the NFL.
