This is an opportunity for OSU to upgrade. Terry was basically the defensive coordinator and they were not good on that end last season. Bigger thing is he did almost no recruiting. OSU can now hire someone who can help more on that front.

I am not sure Reid helps us go up a level. Offensive potential is good but pretty sure he'd hurt more than help on D next season, and team offense-wise he might clog the lane a bit. I honestly believe a good transfer like Fox, Santos-Silva, or Harrar would probably help more overall next...
