  1. Pittsburgh Steelers (official thread)

This cut wasn't a surprise. Andrews was basically a camp body so Warren wouldn't have to snap all of the time. Warren is one of the better long snappers in the NFL, has nice size for a long snapper, and has one of the best times in getting the ball back to the holder and punter.
  2. Greatest Buckeye Players To Ever Wear The Numbers 41-50

Jyason Gwinn played only one season for the Buckeyes. He died in a car crash after his redshirt freshman season.
  3. Drew Henson(Official Thread)

Now Henson can go try to persuade an NBA team to give him millions.
  4. Your favorite Buckeyes no one talks about

Jeff Cothran LeShun Daniels Brent Johnson Greg Smith Gary Berry Jamie Sumner Jason Simmons Brian Stablein Juan Porter Nicky Sualua Rob Kelly Ryan Miller Chris Sanders Len Hartman James Cotton D.J. Jones
  5. Greatest Buckeye Players To Ever Wear The Numbers 1-10

I would take Bobby Olive for #8 because of his game winning catches against LSU and Iowa in 1988 and 1990, respectively. Olive also has decent career numbers. I really don't have any good memories for Bellisari or Jackson except for maybe Jackson playing great the first 3 or 4 games of 1996.
  6. WR Santonio Holmes (All B1G, National Champion, Super Bowl Champion, Super Bowl XLIII MVP)

The catch that Santonio bobbled was tipped before it go to him so I really don't think that drop is that big of deal. Santonio does have some serious competition for that 3rd WR spot because Nate Washington looked great tonight and has looked great the entire camp.
  7. FB Branden Joe (official thread)

Branden Joe made the tackle on the opening kick off tonight. I noticed him in there on kick off, punt, and punt return teams. With Kuhn playing running back, Joe was the 2nd fullback. Tough time making the 53 man roster because Haynes and Kuhn can play fullback and the Steelers didn't even have...
  8. OL Tyson Walter (official thread)

Wasn't the Walter-Bentley trial during week of the 2002 Michigan game? What a douche Walter is.
  9. QB Craig Krenzel (B1G Champion, National Champion)

I guess that means medical school is on hold.
  10. Freshmen players at OSU to the PRO'S

BTW, I got the depth charts from past game day programs and from past games that I have watched recently. Was he on the roster and didn't play in a game? I got the NFL info from databasefootball. I don't think they put players in there database that didn't play in a game.
  11. Freshmen players at OSU to the PRO'S

I can help with this since 1989. This does include redshirt freshman. Bold means that they were true freshman. Made it to the NFL: Alonzo Spellman (1989, OLB) Steve Tovar (1989, ILB) Roger Harper (1990, FS) Raymont Harris (1990, RB) Alan Kline (1990, OT) Joey Galloway (1990, WR) Robert Smith...
  12. Loudest Stadiums (split from Claytor thread)

Terry Glenn's TD against Notre Dame has to be there and Jonathan Wells TD against Northwestern in 2001 also.
  13. Product of the system BS

My uncle says Archie Griffin was like Barry Sanders in college. Archie would bounce off defenders and avoid defenders like Sanders. Pete Johnson has already been mentioned in taking away touchdowns. Baschnagel (10 year pro) and Corny Greene (the 2nd best OSU option QB ever) also took away...
  14. Which current NFL QB would you want....

Yeah, because Troy Smith is a better passer and can read a defense.
  15. DB Eugene Clifford (official thread)

Do you mean better player in high school compared to Doss and Whitner?
  16. High School Greatest Ohio High School rivalry

Martins Ferry and Bellaire has to be up there. I believe they are both in the top 6 for all time victories in Ohio and this is the 4th oldest rivalry in the state. These schools have produced former Buckeyes in Lou Groza, Fred Bruney, and Joey Galloway.
  17. 2006 Tour de France - Floyd Landis

Too bad we all have to listen to Al Trautwig as the play-by-play man on OLN. He is terrible.
  18. Greatest Buckeye Walk-on?

Wasn't Greg Smith a walk on? He started at NG in the early 1990's. Chad Cacchio had some great catches during the 2000 season.
  19. Ben Roethlisberger (Pittsburgh Steelers)

No, I am not. The posts I have seen from Bengals fans on websites and blogs is beyond anything I have seen from other sports fans. Saying someone should be in jail is not comparable to saying somebody should be dead.
  20. Ben Roethlisberger (Pittsburgh Steelers)

I agree with you but wanting someone to die is beyond anything I have seen from Steeler fans and it is just not one Bengals fan.
