If you have directv, ESPNU is part of the sports package. I called today to find out if they are running any deals on the sports pack, and got a $10 discount per month for the next six months - I will get the sports pack for $2 per month extra. The great thing about the sports pack is that you...

That's how I feel about the bowl game this year. I may opt for a big screen tv instead of a bowl trip. Somehow, the scUM game is more interesting to me. (I say that now, stay tuned for my "need 2 to the bowl game" post.)

I'm still looking in case anyone has 2 extras. I'm guessing the win last night won't help my cause now that more people will be interested in seeing this game, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Thanks!

I want to go back to Ohio State, to old Columbus town... I'd like to get back to Columbus for a game, and the only weekends we can do are Minnesota or Michigan. I'd prefer Michigan. Thanks in advance if you can help!
Go Bucks!

Rivals Radio had a NIU preview this morning (Sirius). They talked a lot about Wolfe, and interviewed him. Seemed very squared away. They asked him if he had thought about going pro after last year, and he said he had done the paperwork for the NFL review, and they told him he'd probably be a...
I'm looking forward to my first trip to Austin. As for the atmosphere in the stadium, did anyone go to the first OSU home game after we won the National Championship? (v. Washington). The place was electric. What a welcome home the fans gave. Even though this is the second home game for them...
Actually, they were worse than undergrad seats in my experience. As a freshman, I had SS, (which were mere bleachers then). Soph = 7C, Jr 9C, Sr=11C. Then...graduate school... 3 years of SS and 4AA. IMO, much worse seats.
Thanks for the info! I was in the last row for the National Championship game and felt fortunate to get in. I was in the upper SS for the game v. Texas in the Horseshoe. I'd like to get a bit closer this time, but I may settle for "in the stadium". Thanks again!
I have been watching tickets on ebay for a few weeks now. I am trying to figure out the seating configuration of that stadium - aside from what is shown on the standard seating chart. For example, does anyone know
- how many rows in the top deck (appears to be different on each side)
- how...
I have a framed cover of sports illustrated with Bob White on it. I didn't know much about him when I bought it, but it is a great photo for my Buckeye collection.
Any details on the DC tourney? You could alert the DC Alumni club and get them to come out for your game. I'm headed to Baltimore this month to catch the LAX team play, and would happily support the Rugby team in DC in April.
