    Oklahoma Sooners (official thread)

I never said OU fans are excused from said behavior, I said they aren't the only fanbase who engages in it. Btw, why are you calling us "Zero U"? Are you a Texass fan? I don't know of any Ohio State fans who have major beef with OU on here. Our fanbases get along just fine last I checked. I've...

We offered Green a boatload of money that would have made him the highest paid guard in college football. He turned it down, along with the potential to be the next OU offensive lineman to be drafted high and receive much more money from a rookie contract, and beyond. He wants to go to Misery...

I don't know why you're feeding into it. This kind of sh*t is caused by every fanbase (minus Nebraska). Don't act like OU fans are the only ones doing this.

He copy/pasted the same exact message to each review. Weak sauce!

By that logic, we will be the occasional juggernaut that upends Bama and Georgia. Kind of like Auburn and LSU who each won just one national title in the midst of the Saban tree dominance.

    USC Trojans (official thread)

Rumors are swirling around that Riley will take the Chicago Bears job. Possibly less than 12 hours after he loses to rival UCLA.

Texas Longhorns (big hat, no cattle; please don’t Horns Down us)

Possibly Bama. They actually led for Arch until a last minute pitch by Sark convinced him to pick Texas.

Texas Longhorns (big hat, no cattle; please don’t Horns Down us)

And those Maryland teams were equivalent to Kansas at the time. Good God!

How so? How were we better under Riley going 0-for-4 in the playoff????

Texass, knowing them, will likely drop a game at TCU and probably at home to Texas Tech since it will be their last rivalry game...with their "top" in-state rival until they meet aTm once again next season.

We're better off with Coach V. TBOW ("That b*tch out west") would not have OU at the level they are playing right now. Best defense we've fielded since....2003?? I can't remember, all I know is that the "Texass is back" talk has quieted for now. Keep it going! #BOOMER

KJ-103's still around??? They are the top radio station in OKC, at least when I grew up there. They're always well known for writing these parody songs come OU-Texass week.

No, Minnesota. Then SMU, then Nebraska, then Miami, then USC, then Texass. OU may very well disappear, but only after they have a death penalty worthy scandal that SMU had. Boy, those times would be fun for sure!!

    Oklahoma Sooners (official thread)

Well we're certainly building a roster to compete in the SEC. Coach V has revived OU's defensive recruiting that has not been seen since the mid-2000s. However, we're still a few years away from having a roster that's equivalent to Georgia's. But we are in much better shape going into that...

I actually saw this the other day on the Scoop. It went as viral as I'm sure the OP expected. ;)

Not sure K1 belongs in that conversation. I won't argue with you about Baker though.

Last time I checked, Murray was the second highest paid quarterback in the league behind Aaron Rodgers. Granted he had a bad year in '22, but a lot of that was attributed to Kingsbury. There has never been any question of Murray's talent. The problem is consistency, but much of that had to do...

    Rivalries That Once Were...

No Texas-Texas A&M??? That was one of the biggest in-state rivalries in all of sports. Could be revived once both schools meet again in the SEC, but may never have the same feel and energy it once had.
