It appears that many players aren’t getting it on defense. They are collapsing too fast and too much on help D thus leaving the 3 pt shooters wide open. That’s the same problem CH’s teams had.…a loss of rotation and floor integrity. Teams with good guards like Pitt will exploit this everytime.

In my opinion, the best Safety at OSU has been Donte Whitner. He did it in college and in the NFL. There have other elites as well….Tatum, Gordon, Doss, Allen, Hooker, Powell. But Downs looks like he will surpass Whitner as the best of my lifetime (and I’m old)
