Credit where credit is due - I am impressed with how the Bengals find and develop Tight Ends. Gesicki is a player. Before him, Hayden Hurst was a great find. They seem to be content to take guys in FA off the scrap heap and make them into something productive. Thus far, it's worked pretty well.
