Getting hurt was mostly my fault, I should have been smart enoguh to not push myself when I was already injured.

I don't think CF was the reason I got hurt, but it certainly didn't help matters. If I ever pick it up again I certainly wont be going to a gym where the "trainers" got certified in a weekend.
