Finished Season 4 of the Bear. Another solid season and still a great show. Fortunately it was a bit less intense than previous seasons.

The most amazing part of the article is that some professional firm actually recommended the last two UF hires. And were paid a crazy fee for it too. Based on the results for UF I just figured their board sat around and discussed the potentially worst hires you could imagine and pursued them.

It will be interesting if and how much the lower conferences become a minor league system feeding the power conferences.

Is it too early to give up on the season and instead focus on the draft? Who am I kidding. This is the same story every year for this franchise.
