Pretty clear that he's not committed to Ohio State at this point in time. I certainly hope he will decide to become a Buckeye when all is said and done.
Said recruit had already been ruled ineligible by the NCAA for having played in a couple of semi-pro games in Europe. O'Brien assumed that this meant he was no longer a prospective recruit. He gave Radojevic money out of his own pocket to pay medical bills because Radojevic's father was...
OL Andy Miller
I went back 40 pages but could not find a thread for Andy. I saw him listed on the roster released today and if that is correct he will be a huge addition to this season's offensive line as well as a potential team captain candidate.
I want to make it very clear that I'm not referring specifically about Pittman when I say this because I have no knowledge of his academic situation whatsoever, but traditionally kids who have the talent to go elsewhere that end up choosing MSU do so because they would not qualify at other high...
This. I think it also bears keeping in mind that for mediocre programs like Michigan the summer is the high point of their season. Everything is great in June and July, "we're gonna do this!" and "a new era of winning" and promises to recruits and fans and its all talk. This is what losers...
1) if all we do is keep the kids that have already committed it will still be a pretty darn good class. In fact our average "star" ranking will probably be 1st or 2nd in the conference.
2) maybe I'm out of the loop here but I'm not expecting anything to happen in August besides another round of...
Lol, no, "the guy" you quoted in no way made it seem that Hoke was going to get rid of all RR's recruits. The quote itself said "a number", meaning the 6 or 7 that are going to be run out of the program Saban style. Nice to know that Hoke is "going to try to find a spot" for them, presumably on...
First of all, its always a bad time to be in trouble. Having said that, if it had to happen, this season is as good a time as any as far as recruiting goes. We have a very small number of scholarships to offer, no truly glaring positions of need, and a large pool of quality in-state talent, many...
Last year's haul took them to 81 on scholarship. They have 13 seniors this year so barring any further attrition they will have a total of 7 scholarships to give for 2012.
As of today Mich. has five spots left in this year's recruiting class. What I'm hearing is that if and when they go past that number some 5th year seniors will be shown the door. Three of them were specifically named but I'm not going to repeat their names here.
Ohio State has ten spots left...
Bruce Hooley vehicular homicide
A number of posters on the Scout board have stated that Hooley was responsible for the death of a young man in a collision that he caused a few years ago. One stated that the victim's family was 100% certain that Hooley was drunk at the time. I was unaware of...
One interesting thing going into spring is that, with the signing of Carter, we are at 86 on scholarship. Someone isn't coming back and we should find out who it is when spring practices start.
