Just got back from seeing PE. While the movie was just okay, it did the book no justice at all. I HIGHLY recommend the book and was really let down by the movie.
I've had a set of Etoymic ER-6i ear buds for awhile. They are pretty good and you can get them relatively cheap now. I've been wanting to purchase the Ultimate Ears super.fi 5 Pros but I don't feel like dropping that much cash on a set of ear buds.
Yes, battery life sucks. In addition to the wi-fi and brightness, also turn the 3G, emal push, bluetooth and Location Services off when they are not needed.
Yes, the Grizzy Bear album is definitely a grower. After 1-2 listens, I thought that it was too slow of an album...now, I can't stop listening to it.

After much deliberation, I decided to purchase a Sig P250 .9MM. A little more than I originally wanted to spend, but what the hell...
Thanks for all of the input guys!!
Resurrecting this thread as I am still searching. Here's where I currently stand:
- I am leaning .40 cal over the 9MM.
- Love the Sig Sauer, but it is a little too pricey for my needs.
- I zeroed in on the Glock G23, until I came across the Springfield XD-40.
I like the safety features...
