Yep. Clarkson shoots the ball the second he touches it. Give me Osman any day.
Lue can't be serious about playing LeBron 48 minutes again, can he? I know the Cavs have an analytics department. Come on.
The Cavs actually looked well coached? They're giving effort and playing smart, sound defense for the most part. It's night and day from them getting blown off the floor as they usually are in Oakland.
Still, you can feel the demoralizing Warriors run coming.
Every human on planet Earth outside of the Bay Area should be pulling for the Cavs. This is the team that won a record number of games, lost a series they should've won in five, and decided they needed the second best player in the world because it was still too hard. I'm honestly didn't know it...
I'm still not sure if it's Gilbert or LeBron who brings the organizational dysfunction (probably a bit of both), but LeBron has been worth every bit of it. Whatever happens in the Finals and the offseason, we were lucky to draft this guy and root for him. Most fans go their entire lives without...
I disagree. The Cavs were -3 in the non-garbage time minute LeBron sat in the second half. They made one three and Boston made two. I think they could've survived for additional time by putting the best defenders in and swinging the ball around the perimeter. The one basket they got while LeBron...
Korver has been the third (or fourth, depending on where you rank Thompson) best Cavalier in the playoffs, and he plays less than 20 minutes in a pivotal game five.
Can he and Osman buy some of JR's minutes in game six?
Amazing how routine 35-point games have been for LeBron in these playoffs. He does whatever he wants offensively now. Truly at the peak of his powers on that end of the floor.
Sounds right to me.
I know I'm putting the cart way in front of the horse right now, but I think we have a legitimate shot to win four in a row in this series. Boston is a different team on the road. After that, it comes down to finding a way to steal game five.
Probably by attempting to play LeBron James 44 minutes. The bench lineups almost always play the opponent to a draw. There's no reason he can't sit 10+ minutes per game. You'd get fresh LeBron in the 4th instead of stale, pushed-to-the-brink LeBron.
Philadelphia, Boston, and the Clippers are probably the only teams in the league that have enough to get Kawhi. The Cavs are completely devoid of assets.
