I'm looking forward to Fluff and Bones tomorrow. He gets full interviews with guys we don't normally get to hear from. Johnny Miller was great, as was Watson. The interview with Rory could have been better, IMO. Overall, I think the show is fantastic.

A quote from Geiger... "I don't think there's very much happiness anywhere about this. The folks that had to do this feel worse than everybody else. This one simply mushroomed to the place there was no option. That's my take from here." This is kind of what I'm trying to say about Gene...

when random students are asking each other how these guys are driving the cars they are driving, something is very wrong. it is almost as if our entire compliance dept (which, i believe, is one of the largest in the nation) did not exist. what's the point of having such great infrastructure...

Gene Smith (Former AD, ‘10 AD of the Year, '13 NAAC Organizational Leadership Award)

I HAD no beef with Gene Smith until this year. The fact of the matter is that he is the "CEO" of the athletic department. A department as large as OSU has separation of duties so that each department can specialize on a different aspect of running the department. Tressel is the head coach...

"I'm just happy the coach didn't fire me" UGH... Gee and Smith are in the same boat as far as I'm concerned. They both need to go.

A very wise businessman said to me the day after the first JT press conference that Smith was "gone". I didn't get it at first. He explained that as a leader of an organization you never go on record supporting someone without full knowledge of the facts. Smith never had all the facts, but he...

If you are in N.A. you have to play East. It's the old Winding Hollow CC. That course is rough around the edges b/c they have budget problems, but it is a great layout, and it will still be in better shape than Airport. I also highly recommend Tablerock. I can't say enough good things about...

Thump was having some distance control issues a year or two back, and it turned out his loft on his wedge (or maybe 9 iron?) was way off. Once it got set back to where it should have been, the distance gap was corrected. Its definitely a big deal.

I had my first ever hole in one this morning. 185yds 5 iron. I hit it as pure as the driven snow. Right after I made contact my buddy said "MONEY" as it was heading toward the green. When it landed, it landed about 20 ft short and about 10 feet to the right of the flag. It bounced and...
