I think he may be thinking about retirerment plus a program that wont fire him for going 9-3 two years after being in the NC game. If he can win better than 50% if his games at OU he'll have a job for life.

Yes that was a great open field tackle. I think some of our defense needs to study this.

I really expected 3 or 4 losses this year. So we are on par, but who we have lost to has been a surprise. I would have to say that LSU has been the biggest disapointment in football.

I though that Smith looked Okay. Going up 14 - 0 there is no way JT was going to start throwing the ball. Plus with the heavy wind we had today it was nice not to have to. People wanting high scoring games should stick with basket ball.

The QB is probally not the problem but I wouldnt start either one. Both had Fumbles. Heck put in Beckmen oranyone just to make a point that fumbles are unexceptable.

Lack of Leadership I think the lack of leadership is the main problem with the team. I just dont see anyone on the team showing themselves as a leader. Some one needs to show some leadership.

I'm not sure all the kids were trying there best but if not that is a coaching problem too.

I can't believe how bad we played. Maybe we should let some of the scout team play. I think they would put forth more effort. Our O line was poor. Both Q backs looked bad. Ross was terible as always. The Defense sucked. The play calling and coaching sucked.

AP gave the National Championship to USC so both USC and LSU are defending National Champions. That is part of the reason the BCS is such a joke.
