I do not like how many OL guys we carry. We tend to carry only between 11-14 OL a year. I like to see that tick up one or two more spots. The fact we have 12 on scholarship and one as a gift (thank you Michigan), with 4 being true freshmen doesn't make me feel all warm inside.
The major thing that sticks out to me is not the workload, that's common, that happens even at a place like Harvard.
The major problem for Michigan is the snitching. That's why he broke down on the podium, I doubted he saw that coming.

Usually you count on your seniors to get the message across that people need to put in extra time. Now when a coaching change takes place, and you don't know anybody you try to instill a sense of urgency. That's not uncommon. Get what I'm saying.
Right now there's three scenarios for SH
1) He goes to USC, because that's where he wanted to go for the longest time, but it appears a little bit of a dream at this point, how will his family see him play, his friends you get the picture.
