    It seemed almost a done deal with Glenn Mason, Mike Bellotti, etc. in 2001 as well. Couple of weeks later, the words "Jim WHO?" were reverberating through Buckeye Nation. Coombs may very well be the guy, but I prefer to wait until the formal announcement.

    I don't know if it's the right thread, but it's a hell of an idea. ESPiN can't be too happy about Fox being in Col's and Ann Arbor in back to back weeks. Serves them right, Hope Urban becomes the Johnny Carson of sportscasters. He's almost there now. O-H, Coach! :urban2: :dougie:

    Possibly. We should have played through it though. If Zeke could play through a whole season with a fractured forearm, and J.T. Barrett with on-going ankle problems for two years, yeah....we should have played through it.

    One of my favorite scenes, too. My other favorite is the scene with Indiana, Marcus and the two federal agents. In 2014, before the Sparty game, spread was MSU -3. Of course they want everybody to take Clemson! Love the vibe. :wink: :day:

    I tend to agree. I'll think you'll find that the media is fueling this 80-85% malarkey to a large degree. Very reminiscent of the "will-he-or-won't-he" garbage surrounding Clarett in 2002. Just sayin'.
