ORD - I should have been clearer. Your averaging formulas will certainly import just fine. There is even a switch to view formulae or results after you upload the spreadsheet itself.
As long as the formulae are not specialized (dependent on an Add-in or custom Visual Basic routine) they should...
Google Docs is the way to do that.
Import the Excel data into Google's spreadsheet (as it is raw data it should really be pretty direct - as long as you don't have formulae to convert).
Publish the document either with or without a password to access - your choice.
