depends on what you expect out of a governor.
if you expect him to waste time on frivolous matters like education, crime, shitty roads, hurricane protection/recovery, and stuff like that, then this is terrible.
but this is Louisiana.
we don't expect our elected officials to bother with such...
because with these super conferences, these clusterfucks are going to be more and more common.
don't be shocked when it happens in the B1G too.
this is the first time it's ever happened (if it even happens), so not sure what you mean by "seems to happen every year"
with the old division format...
did you miss the part of my post that said y'all clusterfuck is further down the standings?
the Big Ten currently has 7 teams tied with 4 losses each.
and assuming no upsets, will have 6 teams that finish with 5 losses each.
nobody gives a shit because y'all cluster is down the standings...
that would depend on who gets added to each team's schedule.

LSU wins the tie breaker in that scenario and goes to Atlanta.
if Missouri wins that game vs Arkansas and all other...
I agree that 10 is probably the minimum.
you want to try to maintain the traditional rivalries as best as you can, but you also need as many teams to play each other as possible as well.
this one is unpaved the entire way.
and yeah when we stopped for our first (of several) breaks we were both really questioning if why the hell we ever decided to try this.
the terrain was a lot rougher near the top, but was not much of an incline at that point, so it wasn't terrible. Except we...
the rate of climb is what determines how difficult the hike is.
on this trail you gain right around 3,000' over the course of 4.1 miles.
and the first mile and a half or so is freaking brutal.
the first mile goes up around 820'.
by the third mile you're going up "only" about 600'.
the last...
did a few in Colorado as a teen, but I'm not really counting those.
the ones we did had roads we drove up pretty close to top then a paved trail the rest of the way.
Extreme West Texas has the Southern Rockies.
It's the very eastern edge of the Rockies, so they don't have the ones that tower up...
