I honestly can't tell if this post was supposed to be sarcastic or not thanks to this picture (leaning towards yes), but my "LOL" was for the fact that it was just ridiculous how people were giving him absolutely no credit. Reminds me of weight lifting videos on youtube.
*Guy benches 405 lbs...
Haha, exactly. That's what annoyed me, reading what was basically the same freaking comment over and over again...
It's not that guys weren't trying to block him. They just couldn't. This is how most big time prospect's highlight tape looks. Haters are gonna hate though.
He should definitely see time next year. I don't think he's 6-4, 245 though. Looks more like 6-2 1/2 225 or so to me, but that's not really a problem. Gibson was only 6-2 240. The LEO is basically just a stand-up rusher that occasionally drops into coverage, so I don't think his size will be a...
I think he should be and will be unless Rod Smith takes a huge leap forward. I don't know how he'll fit in this new offense with him being a big back or if that'll even make a difference, but he's more productive than Hall, and I think there's a zero percent chance that Berry starts next year or...
I know you can't really turn a player like DGB down (even though I have some concerns about the level of competition he plays against), but would they really take 5 receivers in this class? Would someone end up getting left out?
Agree with the second part, but we don't know anything about that.
As far as the first part, of course it makes no sense to have someone sit the bench and redshirt their first year if they can contribute to the team right away. But... he really didn't contribute. If a guy can't find his way...
Just saw that he had two tackles on the season, and I can only actually remember one of them.
It's pretty obvious he should have redshirted. They literally said "Yeah... maybe we should have put him at SAM instead" in the middle of the season because he just couldn't seem to get the defense...
He's going to be exciting to watch next year for sure. I'm thinking around 2,000 passing yards and 19 TD, with 900+ rushing yards and 10+ TD's on the ground.
Agreed with the bolded completely, but I think there's a zero percent chance he goes in the first round. The WR class is just too stacked. Floyd, Blackmon, and Jeffrey look like the only first round WR's at the moment, but that can always change.
I've read some scouting reports on him that...
Nobody can deny that they're a much better team this year then they were last year. I'd say he's pretty much a lock for the award.
Can't wait to see them get curb-stomped in their bowl game...
Ouch. Never even thought about that... well, that makes me feel a little bit better. They weren't stopping Michigan no matter what today unfortunately.
It's hard not to think about all of the easy deep pass plays that were missed today. Wow. They really left a lot of points out on the field.
The offense looked great on that last scoring drive. It took, what... 1:23 seconds? With short, crossing patterns to tight ends? What happened with all of that on the last drive? They had 2 WHOLE MINUTES to score. An eternity...
The sad part is... I really didn't have that much faith in the...
Hard to tell. One of the most idiotic plays I've ever seen.
I'm literally sick about this game right now. So many BLOWN opportunities. Let's hope Braxton takes a huge step forward next season. Games like today show just how ridiculously talented this guy is, and also how raw and... well, how...
Can't blame the guy one bit for not wanting to play in this putrid offense. I know things are more than likely going to change, and hopefully for the better (it couldn't get much worse?), and I'm sure he's aware of this as well but there's still a lot of uncertainty here. You know that the way...
TP... Legendary? Eh... that might be a stretch.
I agree with both of you though. Miller's got to rid of the ball quicker sometimes, but it's something he'll get better with time. Here's to hoping he takes a HUGE step up next season. The season's success will pretty much depend on it. He's got...
