Damn. Too bad, the kid had a shot to really earn some serious PT in my opinion.
So, 3 starters suspended before the start of the season. National Championship opportunity and these guys can't stay out of trouble. Hope it's nothing major, for Rod's sake.
I'm surprised Burke had time to write that article in-between freaking out about spam-bots on Twitter.
Fascinating article, though. I would assume odds are he gets booted, right? Obviously anything can happen, but sure seems like shit is getting worse by the day for him.
His tackling and overall poise could land him some serious PT.
Re-watching the season, there were 2 things that really stood out to me:
1. The number of dropped TD passes, specifically those over 20 yards. There had to be 5-7 TD's left on the field at the end of the season. Ugh. Not relevant...
Recently...Ginn, Clarett, and Braxton all come to mind.
Ginn was expected to be a wildly effective playmaker from day 1, Mo C was really hyped up, and Braxton had a lot of expectations in his first appearance.
Dontre has that much hype, and more. If he doesn't return a kick for a TD, break...
I'm mildly surprised how much faith in Hoke scUM fans tend to have.
I'm not disagreeing with anything you wrote, I've just always wondered *why* he gets so much leeway from fans. He had a great initial season, record wise, attributable to an improved defense and a charmin soft schedule. Then...
People who haven't watched much golf absolutely say Jack will be better than Tiger until Tiger wins his 19th major.
J.A. Adande said on Friday, when asked "What does Tiger's 61/potentially dominating the Bridgestone mean", "It means nothing, until he wins another major."
False. Tiger winning...
Well, first and foremost, fuck scum.
Second, as far as Gardner, I think the truth lies somewhere in the middle (As usual). I don't think he is a total stiff like some, but I also question that he's ready for the big-time spotlight/pressure that he's about to experience.
I don't really care too...
As a resident of this shitty state, I can attest to that.
I recently was threatened with a misdemeanor for tossing a cardboard sign onto my friends brothers porch. He flipped, called the cops, and they immediately try to get you with criminal mischief/class C misdemeanor. Worst part was, we...
Wait, I thought they took draft classes out of Madden. Right?
It's been so long since I've picked up those shit games. I skipped NCAA last year and got Madden...this year I'll skip both and stick with 2k14 and NHL 14 or FIFA 14.
These games suck so much ass, yet for years I got suckered...
So, this is gonna make me seem like a nerd, but...(SPOILERS)
1. There is gonna be an Iron Man 4. Downey is making bank on these ($50M on Avengers, no idea what he'll eventually make on 3). So, this isn't really an end to the RDJ Iron Man storyline.
2. Stark was the only one that could get...
Really enjoyed it. 4/5 for me, would definitely watch again.
Was ok...dragged on a bit, had a few funny moments, was geared towards a slightly older crowd. 2/5
Was ok, pretty slow. I enjoyed it, but wouldn't say it was spectacular. Going to be a love hate experience for most people. 6/10
This one I really, really enjoyed. Good message, fascinating story, good performances. I'm really surprised it didn't get more attention/buzz when it came out. 8/10
I hate to say it, but I found that movie to be miserable as well. Just couldn't get into it at all. Honestly, I was the same way with Syriana (And a ton of people call me crazy for not enjoying that one).
I was surprised, TAoJJ seemed like the type of movie I would like.
Solid turn by Denzel. Incredibly...detailed? Nuanced? performance. Really intense/gripping storyline, one of the best I've seen from the 2012 crop. 8/10.
Very meh. Some nice moments, but overall a semi-boring anti-fracking borderline propaganda film. It seemed they were more bent on...
I found the entire viewing experience incredibly nostalgic.
The sets, music, and actors made it feel like it was 2001 all over again. Being back in Middle Earth was a lot of fun, and I can't wait to see parts 2 and 3 (Although I share similar concerns about the third. Seems like it would have...
It'll be interesting to see how many posters get ban hammered bashing Scott.
Twitter sure blew up
Obviously it was an epically bad decision, but this is the downside of having 1 shooter (DT). Makes your end of game offense very one-dimensional.
Well, I'm still playing/enjoying it.
I like that, short of using the ballistic knife, lag knifing is gone. It's been a rare occurrence to see a guy absorbing bullets and knifing someone. Honestly, that's what infuriated me the most.
The occasional lag compensation issues are frustrating...
