I believe this is a bigger deal than most. Not that I have an issue with a person riding his own ATV on his own property after hours. But I think this is a bad look. And he hasn’t been in pics with recruits in the past 8 days. Whether that is that he’s at home and nursing health, or at home...
I was ask making the comparison. I think Ted ginn was ranked i think like 37 in hs. I don’t think I’m far or in the comparison at this point: thay being said on field I’d be ecstatic for a clone
Couple of thoughts for me. The fact that UGa spends so much on recruiting has to mean that they are dropping crazy amounts of money during official visits. The fact that almost their entire class is within a few hundred miles or a quick flight (benefit of flying out of Hartsfield-Jackson is...
J. Smith is a 2024 recruit so won’t be on the roster. I also do think Fleming is the #3 WR at least to start the season. To your point, yes WR recruiting has been that good.
Been saying that Ohio kids need to be offered in this 24 class with the NIL, transfer portal, etc that we need a base and can reach to get 50% of the class as Ohio kids for just this class.
Something else to keep in mind, a lot of kids in this class likely haven’t hit the camp circuit yet or...
You got it, for the 2024 class while chasing elite WR, QB and DL everywhere. I do believe that DL recruiting is suffering as other schools are negatively using LJ being on YTY contracts.
Agree to disagree on this. I don’t think offering 15 kids in the top 400 makes us Indiana or Rutgers. I don’t think it needs to be a long term plan, I said for the next year maybe two. I’m fully aware of how recruiting works, and we have very little momentum in the class of 24 right now is...
My point is, offer AND accept the top 12-15 kids in these next two classes in the state of Ohio. We don’t have the luxury right now to wait IMO. I understand what offering Ohio kids means, and I stand by my statement.
It’s yes and yes. That’s my point. Offer the 12-15 even 20 to Ohio kids. And you then offer everybody else too. For some reason, kids aren’t responding to OSU unless WR and QB right now. Get these kids in imo
I think we have been caught slow playing kids and need to offer more when watching some film, just my opinion. The talent is there for the top 12-15, I say offer them all.
Would love to see about 12-15 offers to Ohio recruits these next couple of classes. A decent amount of talent but also we seem to be struggling everywhere except WR recruiting right now. Hopefully we can build some depth with some good homegrown talent. I’m sure we will be fine at QB and...
