lol, does anyone here yet get that I was joking about giving the middle finger and letting my 5 year old act out? My 5 year old is a really good kid, he's not the one I'm actually worried about. I'll stick his DS in his face and have him look out the window and we'll be good.
The girl...
Odd change in fortune for me.
I end up taking the Standard league semi finals 95-91 due to Julio Jones going nuts. That's with Peyton's measley 12 points and Denario Alexander Blanking. Seattle defense saves the day, again!
In my PPR league I ALSO take the semifinals, get this:
93-92 (god I...
Thump, don't pretend to know about my family. Maybe you would ask a 94 year old woman who is basically immobile to travel to Columbus in December, along with the other family members in the area, but then again that's probably why you're slovenly, single, and in your mom's basement.
And the...
Yea, I was being serious about giving people the finger on the plane and letting my kid kick the seat.
It was more of a sarcastic commentary of the situation of having to fly down to JAX for a ridiculous situation.
Unless you've flown with two small kids you don't know the annoyances of...
Can't wait till the 21st when I have to take my family (wife & 2 young kids) to Jax. Nothing like going through the airport and flight with a 17 month old who can't stay still.
I'm just going to hold my middle finger up on the plane as people walk by with the "oh shit, it's a baby" look on...
Well, it will take a miracle for me to win the standard league, other guy also has (in addition to all the Saints and AJ Green), the Cincinnati defense which has (at this point) 22 points. Plenty of time left for 3 or 4 more Philly turnovers.
Great job Philly, 4 turnovers in 5 plays. That's...
I have two very tough matchups this week, my one lineup is set (crosses fingers Roddy White is good to go!)
the other team is an absolute mess with injuries:
I'm starting Arian, but the 2nd spot is soooo scary:
Montell Owens or Tate (L. McCoy killed me). I'm leaning heavily towards Owens, but...
Looks like I have round two coming up in both leagues next week (whew!).
My day started out rough in the PPR league with ATL's rough first half. I was down 65 to 19. Then Matt Ryan turned in a respectable 2nd half and Roddy White did well, getting almost all the yards towards the end. The...
I'm thinking Josh Gordon on a hunch. I hate Dwayne Bowe and Floyd this week.
And I'm not touching Reese or DMC unless there's a report that DMC is gonna carry the full load.
Maybe Moss or Floyd in flex (even though I hate the matchup for Floyd).
My standard team is really in a bind this week. I need to pull off a really good game to win my matchup (a guy who had a rough start, but made some good trades heading into the playoffs).
My problem is LeSean McCoy being out. I picked up Hillman when everyone thought he was the sure fire...
Tampa isn't a bad choice. They'll give up points, but as you said they should get 2-4 turnovers and possibly a defensive score. Tampa's run D is pretty decent and maybe they can slow down BB - if Foles has a bad day...
I totally disagree with the other poster about the Indy D. Their D is horrible and CJ could have a decent game and I can see Tenn getting 25-30 points in a shootout.
I'd roll with Jax D or San Diego. San Diego's D is better, but at Pitt is scary, so I'd grip tight and hope the Jax D can...
Not far off. I just like the idea of being able to take that to a football game, cook a pork shoulder in about 5-6 hours, grill some brats or chicken on top and drink while keeping warm by the fire.
I shouldn't need a welder for the simple plans I'm looking at, simply rivets and overlaying the corners with the aluminum or steel. I'd probably find the steel basket for the fire first and design the box around that.
