Hmmmmm. If you know that the CCG followed by the playoffs will be a near impossible grind, maybe you should back load at least one of your OOC games to the end of the season and put your rivalry game somewhere in late September early October.
So we end up with the possibility of having to play Oregon three times in one year? The CG has got to go if the playoffs are to continue. And while I'm feeling like a good rant, teams - I'm talking about you, Buckeyes - should not go to a bowl game if they don't have an intention of winning it...
My old high school, Kettering Fairmont, is number one in the Dayton district for the first time in like forever. In my three years (1958 -1960) they lost only two games, both my senior year, and then went undefeated the next two before being split into two schools.
