Zed was always a great guy, great teammate and a productive player. I don't know the details, but my guess is this was more of a mutual parting so OSU could recruit a transfer big more easily, and I'm sure Zed would prefer to start and play more.

Clearly they're not done in the portal. I know based on recent history Bruce and Meechie both can be streaky from 3, some games they are hitting and some they aren't, so you're right they probably need a more consistent threat. But I will say Meechie in particular has had some huge games...
