The quality of the photo isn't that great, yes. But if that's what they want to offer and people don't mind being forced to buy subpar work...so be it. The CONGLOMERATE has shown it's ugly head! Sad! The whole outfit is unprofessional and needs some MAJOR tweaking.

They are "real" colors. This 'process' is referred to as Selective Color where the image is made to black and white but certain areas keep the color of the photo and yes, a lot of people like this look.
