It's pretty straight forward. I'm not sure if they had spy when you were here before, but that's a nice way to leave the page open as new content flows in. That was there before.
The new stuff are the alerts, when you get a heads up when someone replies or likes your post.

I'm not sure there is one. That was more for laughs, kind of like Feed gets turned into [Zeke] (for ezekiel elliott). It's pretty played out at this point but hasn't been switched back.
